Buongiorno, con una recente operazione al cuore, terapia con warfarin, INR riferito a 5 e sintomi come palpitazioni/ritmo irregolare, mal di testa e dolore cervicale, la cosa più prudente è contattare subito il cardiologo, il centro TAO o il medico curante. Un INR così alto può aumentare il rischio di sanguinamento e non va gestito online. Se il mal di testa è forte, se compaiono sanguinamenti, debolezza, confusione, dolore toracico, fiato corto o peggioramento delle palpitazioni, è opportuno rivolgersi urgentemente al pronto soccorso. Eviterei qualsiasi trattamento manuale finché la situazione cardiologica e coagulativa non è stabile e autorizzata dal medico. Cordiali saluti.
