For the past three to four years, I have experienced a progressively worsening reaction to local tap water, which I have observed while traveling in the UK, Austria, Switzerland, and now Italy. The reaction is not limited to drinking plain water; it also occurs after consuming espresso, tea, ice cubes, and notably, the liquid from canned tuna triggered a severe episode while the drained solids did not. Boiling the water and using standard carbon filters have failed to prevent the symptoms. The primary response is a profound, leaden fatigue and general malaise that appears with a consistent delay of twelve to twenty-four hours after exposure. In contrast, when I strictly switch to bottled mineral water, my symptoms resolve entirely within about two days. I have also noticed milder secondary issues such as occasional brain fog, mild flushing, and digestive heaviness, which I had previously attributed to menopausal changes. I currently take vitamin D3 with K2, vitamin B12, biotin, and iron with meals, and I now live in Palermo, Italy. I'm 52 years old, normale wight: 63 kg / 166 cm hight
